Shipping Information

Brine Shrimp Factory only ships items domestically across Australia. Australia Post is our chosen primary shipping carrier. Delivery of products will be sent out on Monday & Tuesday morning. 

 

Order Cut-Off Times:

 Sunday by 7pm (AEST)

  

 For Monday delivery

 Monday by 7pm (AEST)

 For Tuesday delivery

IMPORTANT: Due to state restrictions, we do not ship live goods to NT and TAS. For WA orders, please contact us before placing an order- as restrictions, permits and inspection fees may apply. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates according to Australia Post, delays beyond our control can occur. 

 

Live goods

In the event of extreme heat or weather events between origin and destination, we may contact you to hold the order until the weather is suitable for shipping. Upon request we may send the order despite bad conditions, but this will void our DOA Policy. In events where extreme events happen despite our best efforts, DOA policy is still valid to claim.

  • It is recommended to have someone present at home or to send it to your work address to receive and check the live animals sooner.
  • PO Boxes are not suitable for receiving live animals, and cannot be covered by DOA policy. 
  • Before purchase of Live Goods, take time to familiarise yourself with the DOA Policy and read the care guides to allow for an easier culture setup. 
  • provide replacement goods, or a refund if live goods arrive dead. (Read DOA - Dead on Arrival policy)
