MARINE Amphipods Culture

Marine amphipods are beneficial in the main tank as well as the refugium. These creatures thrive in the home aquarium with enough detritus and food provided. When kept in the reef refugium they can provide a stable food source for many types of fishes feed on marine amphipods, including clownfish, seahorses, gobies, mandarin fish and angelfish.

Order will contain the following: 

• Marine amphipod culture (size options: 10-15 amphipods / 30-40 amphipods / 80-100 amphipods)
• Care guide 

We don't recommend amphipods for reef aquariums without including natural predators as amphipods can quickly multiple any take over.
